Hello and welcome to the seaside paradise of Surfside Florida. We are nestled between world renown Miami Beach and Bal Harbour. Could you have better or more famous neighbors? Our Town offers some of the most beautiful ocean and bay front views in South Florida. We also boast one of the most protected and well-located family friendly residential areas in all of South Florida. Surfside has the ocean, the bay, great parks, a great shopping district, a highly dedicated and professional police force, competitive real estate tax rates, beautiful homes and condominium living. How could it be much better? Well it will be, because we’ve got a new progressive Commission recently elected in March 2006. Just watch us kick life in Surfside up to an even higher level in the very near future! We hope that you will come and check into all that Surfside has to offer to residents and tourists alike. The fine work of our town employees, careful community planning, open and accountable municipal government, and town officials' dedication to protecting and serving the public interest, will combine to make Surfside a truly exceptional living community.
