Senior Bingo
Residents $5/ Non-Resident $10
per person 8 weeks= 8 classes

The Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite Seniors to come and enjoy a friendly game of Bingo every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. The game will be held at the Community Center from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Prizes will consist of gift certificates, gift sets, and much more.

Senior Program

The Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a morning of activities for Seniors at the Community Center. Come join and play dominoes, cards, board games, mahjong, and more! Activities are Free. Coffee and Light Refreshments will be served.
Zumba
Resident $40 / Non-Resident $65

ZUMBA combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that make it easy for dancers and non-dancers alike to have fun while getting fit. ZUMBA uses a fusion of Latin and international dance themes ( from the Colombian Cumbia to Merengue, Salsa, and Calypso) creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Adult Yogalates

Yogalates integrates exercise from Yoga and Pilates. The results are increased flexibility, stronger core strength, and greater overall power and grace. This is an effective and challenging workout for all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga

Enjoy invigorating and relaxing yoga classes while engaging in techniques that benefit your mind, body, and spirit. You will learn proper breathing exercises and relaxation methods long associated with this proven ancient tradition.

Pilates

Pilates focuses on core strengthening (abdominals) and helps reshape the body by creating long, lean muscles. It also helps to strengthen the back muscles and increase flexibility.

The Recreation Department is currently planning and developing new and exciting programs for the members of our community.  To assist them with their programming & scheduling ideas they would like to hear from Surfside residents.
