The Surfside Parks and Recreation Department presents:

This program is uniquely designed for small children, providing them with an introduction to ITF Taekwon-Do in a safe, fun environment. The curriculum is designed to give a sound foundation in the basic fundamentals of Taekwon-Do. Children will learn basic terminology, stances, blocking, striking, kicking, and simple self-defensive releasing techniques, as well as street smarts and life skills. Training is designed to improve the student's coordination, timing, ability to follow instruction, self-discipline, and respect for others.

Classes, designed for ages 5 to 7, will take place on Wednesdays at the Community Center from October 30, 2019 to December 18, 2019 from 6:15 pm to 6:45 pm.  Please note that there will be no class on November 27, 2019.
