Stay Cool at Serendipity

Jun 07, 2021

Beat the Heat with a Sweet Treat

Keep cool in Surfside with a sweet scoop of homemade ice cream or sorbet from Surfside’s very own sweet shop, Serendipity Creamery & Yogurt Cafe. With a seasonal menu and 24 signature flavors, Serendipity’s pairing of distinct ingredients create dynamic flavors you are sure to love all summer long.

Visit the cafe to try some new flavors, like the refreshing Arnold Palmer sorbet, and some classic flavors, including deliciously creamy Strawberry.

About Serendipity Creamery

Started in 2008 by local Jessica Levison, Serendipity has been serving small-batch ice cream by the scoop to Surfside residents for years.  Originally an attorney, Jessica started making ice cream in 2006 and after two years of ice cream pop-ups around town, she made Surfside her permanent home in 2008.

All of the ice cream and sorbet is made from scratch, using organic ingredients and local purveyors such as Panther Coffee and Paradise Farms. It is also certified kosher by Kosher Dairy Miami, designated as “cholov yisroel,” which qualifies it as a higher standard of observance of kosher dietary laws with regard to dairy. For non-dairy lovers, all the Serendipity sorbet is vegan, so there is something for everyone!

Serendipity signature flavors are Pecan Pie, Dark Chocolate Whiskey, Lavender Orange and Salted Caramel. Visit the shop at 9457 Harding Avenue, Surfside or click here to see all their signature flavors.
