                   IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 286.011(8), FLORIDA STATUTES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Surfside Commission, consisting of Mayor Charles Burkett, Vice Mayor Tina Paul, Commissioner Charles Kesl, Commissioner Eliana Salzhauer, and Commissioner Nelly Velazquez, Assistant Town Manager/CFO Jason Greene, Town Manager Andrew Hyatt, Town Attorneys Lillian Arango and Eric Hockman, and IT Jose Feliz will meet in an Executive Session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss the following pending litigation:

Beach House Hotel LLC vs. The Town of Surfside. Case No. 2020 – 025405-CA-06, Circuit Court, Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County, Florida.

The Attorney-Client Session will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
