TOWN OF SURFSIDE
                                                            PUBLIC NOTICE


PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF SURFSIDE, FLORIDA, WILL HOLD A SPECIAL COMMISSION QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING ON THURSDAY, JUNE 16, 2021 AT 5:30 PM AT 9293 HARDING AVENUE, SECOND FLOOR COMMISSION CHAMBERS, SURFSIDE, FLORIDA 33154. THE COMMISSION WILL DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:

• Surf House amendment of site plan approval to change number of units and   
   approve facades – 8995 Collins Avenue
• Variance at 1385 Biscaya Drive for interior side setbacks
• Practical difficulty variance at 9173 Froude Avenue for lot coverage

All persons are invited to appear at this meeting or be represented by an agent, or to express their views in writing addressed to the Town Manager, 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, FL 33154. The applications, ordinances and all other documents related thereto are available for public inspection during normal business hours at Town Hall. Inquiries may be directed to the Town Clerk at (305) 861-4863.

In accordance with the provisions of section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the town of surfside commission, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
