TOWN OF SURFSIDE
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF SURFSIDE, FLORIDA, WILL HOLD A QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2023 AT 6:00 P.M. AT 9293 HARDING AVENUE, SECOND FLOOR COMMISSION CHAMBERS, SURFSIDE, FLORIDA 33154. THE TOWN COMMISSION WILL CONSIDER AN APPLICATION FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR UP TO FIFTY-SEVEN (57) MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN A (12) STORY BUILDING IN THE H120 ZONING DISTRICT. THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN, ENTITLED “8777 COLLINS” AND DATED JUNE 5TH, 2023, IS ON FILE AND MAY BE EXAMINED IN THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE, 9293 HARDING AVENUE, SURFSIDE, FL 33154, 305-861-4863.
All persons are invited to appear at this meeting or be represented by an agent, or to express their views in writing addressed to the Town Manager, 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, FL 33154. The applications, ordinances and all other documents related thereto are available for public inspection during normal business hours at Town Hall. Inquiries may be directed to the Town Clerk at (305) 861-4863.
In accordance with the provisions of section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the town of surfside commission, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
