NOTICE OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 286.011(8), FLORIDA STATUTES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Surfside Commission, consisting of Mayor Shlomo Danzinger, Vice Mayor Jeff Rose, Commissioner Fred Landsman, Commissioner Marianne Meischeid, Commissioner Nelly Velasquez, Hector Gomez, Town Manager, Lillian Arango, Tony Recio, and Eric Hockman, Town Attorneys, will meet in an Attorney-Client Session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss the following pending litigation:

Schnabel Engineering, LLC. v. KCE Structural Engineers, P.C. and Town of Surfside, Case No. CL23-7597, Henrico County Circuit Court, Viriginia.

The Attorney-Client Session will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 10:00 am at Town of Surfside Town Hall, 9293 Harding Avenue, 2nd Floor, Manny Crawford Conference Room, Surfside, Florida.
