PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF SURFSIDE, FLORIDA, WILL HOLD A SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30, 2025, AT 7:00 PM AT 9293 HARDING AVENUE, SECOND FLOOR COMMISSION CHAMBERS, SURFSIDE, FLORIDA.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING IS TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
• Amending the Approval of the Intergovernmental Agency Agreement with Miami-Dade County to Perform Traffic Engineering Functions
• Ordinance Amending Chapter 58 “Parks and Recreation” of the Town Code to Prohibit Smoking in the Town’s Parks and Public Beaches
• Donation Request to North Beach Compost Hub (MB Botanical Garden)
• Surfside Beach Walking Path – Sea Grape Installation Proposal
• Kind Designs Tiles for Existing Town Seawalls
• Proposed Tree Ordinance
• Donation Request for Pelican Harbor Seabird Station
• Open discussion of Sustainability-related Proposals
• 90th Anniversary at Four Seasons
