PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 286.011(8), FLORIDA STATUTES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Surfside Commission, consisting of Mayor Shlomo Danzinger, Vice Mayor Dayana Benmergui, Commissioner Andrea Travani, Commissioner Gerardo Vildostegui, Commissioner David Weingot, Acting Town Manager Mario A. Diaz and Town Attorneys Stephen Helfman, Lilian Arango, and Justin Luger, will meet in an Attorney-Client Session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss the following pending litigation:
Tammi Bach, Esq. & Jay Daigneault, Esq. of Trask Daigneault, LLP, outside counsel for the Town of Surfside, will be attending the session during the following cases:
Town of Surfside v. Lusky, et al. Case No. 2025-023081-CA-01, Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The Attorney-Client Session will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am at Town of Surfside Town Hall, 9293 Harding Avenue, 2nd Floor, Manny Crawford Conference Room, Surfside, Florida.
