The Town of Surfside is looking for an individual or vendor to operate the Community Center concession, with service set to begin on a pop-up basis and the potential to expand in the future.
The announcement was featured in “Mondays with the Manager,” a Town of Surfside weekly video series where Town Manager Mark Blumstein shares updates on Town projects, initiatives and opportunities while answering questions directly from the community. The program is designed to keep residents informed and engaged in Surfside’s ongoing progress.
Applicants will be required to submit a proposed menu with prices for review and approval by the Town Commission. The concession, located inside the Community Center at 9301 Collins Avenue, is intended to serve both residents and guests while enhancing the overall experience at the oceanfront facility.
“This is a unique opportunity for a vendor to become part of the Surfside community while providing a service that complements our Community Center,” Blumstein said. “We’re excited to see creative proposals that will add value for our residents and visitors.”
