In this week’s "Mondays with the Manager" episode, Town Manager Mark Blumstein encourages residents to use SeeClickFix, an online platform and mobile app that allows the community to report non-emergency Town issues, track progress, and receive updates directly from Town staff.
Blumstein demonstrates how residents can submit requests for items such as potholes, broken streetlights, or overgrown public areas, and explains how the Town uses SeeClickFix to respond quickly and efficiently. The episode also provides tips to ensure requests are detailed and accurate, helping Town staff address concerns promptly.
“SeeClickFix gives residents a direct line to the Town,” Blumstein said. “When issues are reported through the app, our staff can act faster, keep residents informed, and maintain Surfside’s quality of life.”
Residents can submit requests through the SeeClickFix website or download the mobile app. The Town encourages everyone to use the platform as a simple and effective way to help improve community maintenance and communication.
"Mondays with the Manager" is a recurring Town of Surfside video series and communication program featuring Town Manager Mark Blumstein providing residents with updates on key Town projects, initiatives, and events. Episodes air on Channel 663 and are also available on the Town’s website.
