The Surfside Youth Council hosted a successful College Prep Series event on Sunday, Nov. 9, at 96th Street Park, drawing local students eager to learn more about the college admissions process.
Miami Beach Senior High CAP Advisor Kenny Cabera led the presentation, offering practical advice and insight into navigating applications, essays, and scholarship opportunities. Following his talk, attendees participated in a Q&A session with current seniors who shared their firsthand experiences preparing for college.
