The Town of Surfside is rolling out an informational video series to help residents better understand the features of the Town of Surfside app. The first video features Parks and Recreation Director Rudy Perez, who introduces the app and explains how it supports community engagement, program access and improved customer service.
In the video, Perez highlights the app’s role as a central hub for residents to view activities, program schedules, facility hours and reservation opportunities. He also emphasizes that the app is designed to streamline daily interactions with the Town, giving residents a convenient, mobile-friendly way to stay connected.
“Our priority is making sure residents have easy access to the services they need,” Perez said. “This app brings everything into one place, helping our community stay informed, get engaged and enjoy a smoother experience with Parks and Recreation.”
The Town will continue sharing educational content to ensure residents are familiar with the app’s tools and can fully benefit from its user-friendly platform.
