Beach Furniture Service Hours

Guest Policy & Fees

Residents with a current resident ID card may bring up to five (5) guests per household per day. The cost will be $5.00 per guest.

For those that will be using the Community Center/Pool for more than one day, Surfside Residents can purchase for their guests three (3) day pass (Valid for 14 days) or seven (7) day pass (Valid for 30 days).

  • 3-Day Single Guest Pass Fee: $10.00
  • 3-Day Family Guest Pass Fee: $50.00 (Up to Five People)
  • 7-Day Single Guest Pass Fee: $25.00
  • 7-Day Family Guest Pass Fee: $100.00 (Up to Five People)

Lost and Found Notice

All items located at the pool's lost and found that are not claimed by the end of every month will be donated to Goodwill.
